He enhanced case management by introducing a streamlined system for tracking case progress and expediting client billing and collections. Mr. Babenchuk also established insightful management reporting systems to monitor intake conversion rates and assess billable hours productivity. As CMO at New Path Title, Mr. Babenchuk amplified the company’s social media presence, achieving an eightfold growth. Prior to 2020, in his role as Director of Operations at GreenBills, Mr. Babenchuk was hired as a consultant to set up on-shore operations and improve operational efficiencies. He successfully established two offices in New York and New Jersey within six months, overseeing the hiring, training, and monitoring of medical billing staff. Mr. Babenchuk acted as a liaison between US-based clients and India-based BPO and Contact Center, managing paid, social, and content marketing campaigns.

 

As Operations Manager, Mr. Babenchuk enhanced the national reach of a top-tier mass torts law firm by strategically expanding into the Puerto Rican market. He established a state-of-the-art Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Contact Center in Puerto Rico, ensuring streamlined client interaction and efficient business processes. Mr. Babenchuk spearheaded operations, marketing, IT, accounting, and HR, optimizing firm-wide synergy and delivering a unified vision for growth. He seamlessly transitioned back-office operations for personal injury, mass torts, and class action litigation, ensuring uninterrupted client service and case progression. Their commitment to legal and regulatory adherence safeguarded the firm’s reputation and minimized risk.

 

At Baker Sanders, LLC, Mr. Babenchuk played a pivotal role for over a decade in the company’s resilience during the 2008 market crash by spearheading expansion into new practice areas like debt collection. He successfully reduced company overhead through strategic offshoring initiatives, significantly boosting profit margins. Mr. Babenchuk championed the creation and launch of state-of-the-art automation software tailored for personal injury, no-fault, and debt collection practices, enhancing efficiency and case management. He fortified lender relationships, ensuring meticulous due diligence preparation, crafting compelling RFPs, and maintaining stringent monthly compliance standards. Mr. Babenchuk drove the company’s growth trajectory by orchestrating key business ventures, acquisitions, and mergers, seamlessly integrating newly acquired personnel, streamlining IT infrastructure, and harmonizing accounting practices to elevate the company to industry best standards.
