Mr. Babenchuk was instrumental in helping organize, advertise, and manage monthly marketing efforts of all Chamber of Commerce and Chamber Foundation events around Dutchess County.
Earlier in his life and career, unfulfilled by the legal industry’s net social good, as Creative Marketing Director at Baben Kole, Mr. Babenchuk led corporate social responsibility, sustainable design, and marketing consulting efforts. He championed sustainable business practices and the triple bottom line approach, integrating economic, social, and environmental considerations into the company’s strategy. Mr. Babenchuk’s work in the circular economy and sustainable business models positioned Baben Kole as a social media thought leader in responsible marketing. Around those same years, at Sanders Phillips Grossman, LLC, Mr. Babenchuk managed national mass tort litigation marketing, communications, web development, digital media and IT systems, bulk and large data legal document transfer and processing, overseeing transatlantic operations and logistics for senior partners. His legal marketing, compliance, and IT integration skills ensured seamless communication, confidentiality, security, and operational efficiency. Mr. Babenchuk’s strategic approach to highly technical problem-solving and management contributed to the firm’s success in a highly competitive legal market and leadership environment. For over a decade, in his role at The Sanders Firm, Mr. Babenchuk was responsible for web development, design, and administration of all websites and marketing efforts. He coordinated marketing and advertisement design across digital, print, and social media platforms, driving regional growth for the personal injury law firm. Mr. Babenchuk’s web development and marketing strategy expertise was crucial in the firm’s expansion and client acquisition. Furthermore, Mr. Babenchuk played key roles in facilitating and organizing legal industry conferences, including Mass Tort Made Perfect, as well as Press Releases, Blogs, and Publications, including The No-Fault Bible.
Mr. Babenchuk’s earlier years in the 2000s involved programming, web development, design, and engineering. As the Chief Web Engineer at OCT Webs, Mr. Babenchuk specialized in web development, design, and services. His programming skills and experience in web applications enabled him to create high-quality web solutions for clients who were only dreaming (at the time) of achieving first-page listing on Google Search. Mr. Babenchuk’s marketing and web development work at Baker Sanders, LLC further showcased his ability to deliver innovative and effective digital strategies. Helping the Mass Tort Pharmaceuticals sister firm Sanders Sanders Block Woycik Viener & Grossman, P.C. achieve the first-page listing on the (then) largest pharma lawsuits.
Even earlier in his life, and as a very passionate and driven young man at AT&T, Mr. Babenchuk was involved in community marketing outreach, leveraging real-world efficiency and logistics to help maximize the reach of the franchise’s initiatives. His community engagement and outreach efforts helped strengthen AT&T’s presence and increase foot traffic in a targeted zip code. In his spare time, Mr. Babenchuk enjoys programming, design, kayaking, scenic hikes, and curvy backcountry road drives with great music. In addition to holding a Business Administration and Management Bachelor’s Degree in Change Management from Moscow State University of Environmental Engineering (MGUP), Mr. Babenchuk studied Communication Arts in Brooklyn, NY, including the use of 1900’s Golding No.9 printing letterpress. Mr. Babenchuk says he enjoys working with “people who consistently perform to a high standard of their [respective] disciplines and skillset” and “celebrates efficient and well-organized teams,” he adds.

Waiting for an answer to your text or email?
Getting things done often depends on the weakest link in your team. Waiting for an answer from your employees, colleagues or vendors is frustrating to say the least. More importantly it slows down project progress and the goalpost gets moved further and further away.
We get it. That’s why we decided to change that.
Our reputation is built of results.
