Marketing Manager

Compensation: $20-$35/hr
Location: Remote


  • Establish project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Monitor and manage web developer, website designer and other team members.
  • Email/Newsletter Management
    • Develop engaging and relevant email content, including newsletters and promotional emails, and webinar email blast.
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop a social media content strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals and target audience.
    • Create and curate engaging text, images, videos, and other media for posting on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok).
    • Plan and schedule social media posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and engage with the audience.
    • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth, and use insights to adjust strategies.
  • Website Management
    • Ensure the website’s content is up-to-date, including webinar information, blog posts, and other relevant content.
  • Graphic Design (Print/Digital Materials) and Video Editing
    • Create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphic materials (e.g., business cards, postcards, event banners, social media graphics and animations) and edit videos for marketing purposes.
    • Utilize graphic design and video editing software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and Captions) to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
